Slightly flawed KD Purple Catwoman Cowl

Very important you read through this description for casting flaws!
In the world of casting it really is one and done. And sometimes air bubbles and small defects happen that you don’t find until after you’ve pulled your cast! These are still usable and beautiful items they just have a few flaws.
Instead of letting these go to waste I want to give anyone an opportunity to get their hands on a slightly flawed cowl for cheaper!

This specific Cowl is just outside of my “acceptable standards” for an unflawed Cowl due to several air bubbles.
SMALL FLAWS:
• Small air bubbles on the right side vents at top (shown in photos)
• Small air bubble at top of right eye hole (shown in photos)
• Small air bubbles on left vent (shown in photos)
• Small air bubble on the left eye at the bottom.
• The base of this Cowl is a slightly thin cast and cut all the way to the headband. Our typical Cowls are cut a little lower, however this makes the opening for the head bigger and you can fit more hair under this headpiece.
This cowl is designed for a head circumference of 22 to 23" over brown (around head)
It is cast out of Polyurethane rubber that is high flexibility and extremely high tear resistant rubber (flexible but does NOT stretch or shrink).

The cowl is made with shimmer purple color, pictured.
This cowl is designed to be tighter fitting on the head. You can also cut the bottom and add your own strap. It may not be necessary for everyone but some may find it more comfortable that way. IF, you wear hair extensions or a wig it may cause the Cowl to fit tight. There is a small void on the back inside of the cowl for a row of fake hair to be clipped in comfortably. But it may cause tightness. Just a heads up, if you would like to see more pics please message me first.
Since this is a hand root-casted piece we do cut away flashing from edges and the eye holes and mouth, this leaves a raw sharp edge that we use a hand dremel to sand down to make not sharp. So the inside of the cowl will not be exactly pretty it will not cut or scratch you. I do my best to make it look nice though. Ready Made Items:
My shipping turn around time is generally 1 - 3 days or sooner if we can accomedate.
Items purchased on Friday typically ship Monday morning unless higher grad shipping purchased (priority and expedited)Custom Made Items: VARY (please inquire).
I ship USPS priority shipping, (except international) so you should receive your item within 3 - 5 business days unless specified differently by me. In some cases we will upgrade your shipping to FedEx or UPS (at our expense) to get your items to you on time. But as a general rule we only use USPS.
AS OF 11/01/16 I AM NOT OFFERING INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAILING ANYMORE DUE TO USPS LACK OF TRACKING UPDATES.IF you have "not confirmed" your address on your account AND/OR you have not used proper mailing address grammar ie (Capital letters, periods & proper street names or proper abbreviations) & there is a delay on your shipping. SiQ Clothing (Susie Knudsen) is NOT responsible for this and will not issue a refund, exchange, return.
You will need to contact your local post office to sort out your package location. We are not USPS or any other carrier and can not do anything after it has left our hands. In the case that USPS does return an item to us (undeliverables addresses only) we will contact you to work out re-shipping or refund details, circumstances may vary.

I work on a first come first serve basis for custom work. June to October are my busiest months so prices do fluctuate a bit. However my work is always guaranteed high quality.
I have been in business & been a seamstress for over 20 yrs now and take a HIGH amount of pride in my work. **NO returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted, as this is a custom build from scratch.
NOTE: Please do NOT take the measurements yourself but have someone take them for you! This could cause the vest to not fit right. If you have any questions, I can be contacted directly via e-mail at siqclothing@yahoo.com
WASHING YOUR GARMENT: I typically include garment wash instructions with all of my costumes and costume pieces. If I have accidentally overlooked putting one in your order please contact me before washing as I will not be held responsible for any mistakes in cleaning wrong. BUT as a general rule of thumb I was all of my costumes in Cool water with Woolite or Ivory (YES Ivory dish soap works GREAT) It is used in a lot of Vegas shows for cleaning costumes.
I would NOT suggest any hard laundry detergents for any costumes. Once you have washed and rinsed thoroughly (you can soak in fabric softener for about 5 min if desired) Some main name detergents like Gain, Tide, ALL etc can be too hard on the costumes (Not all but some) If you are not sure please msg me first.

MEASUREMENT CHARTS: I provide measurement charts that show how to measure your self exactly for each costume piece. These can be emailed out to you upon request. Measurements MUST be taken with an actual measuring tape. DO NOT go by bra & pant sizes as this may cause your garment to possibly fit wrong. PLEASE DO NOT take the measurements yourself, but have someone do it for you as this could cause the costume not to fit right. You can take my charts to any local alterations shop or tailor to have these professionally done so you are ensured a good fitting costume.
CONSTRUCTION TIME: The turn around time varies on project and is produced in “business days” (Mon-Fri). If purchased all at once & if I have all the measurements needed to start the project a delivery date will be provided and/or negotiated.
