This is a SiQ Original design Shrug Hoodie with Thumb holes!!!
This is one of my more popular items that I designed (shrug hoodie) The pattern is of my own design.
This shrug hoodie is made of non stretch black fleece fabric and has an oversized hood. YES! I love hoodies but hate when the hood is tiny, so I designed my patterns with a more oversize (borderline obnoxious hood lol, Think Jedi hood ;)
This shrug hoodie is meant to be oversized or can be worn true to size! Looks amazing both ways depending on your size!
The graphics on this shrug hoodie are black light sensitive and glow in the dark HTV! On the right front shoulder is the Sun face, on the left front shoulder is the Moon Face with stars. The front center of the chest is the ouija board letters and numbers with yes, no & goodbye. The right sleeve cuff outside has the hello planchette & the left sleeve outside has the goodbye planchette! The bottom of the inside of the sleeves has a thumb hole too! I love this shrug hoodie! Pink tank not included.

If you place your order PLEASE be sure to see the turn around time in the listing. They are accurate, If you need the item sooner then listed you will need to message me prior to placing your order to be sure I can accommodate the turn around time.If you can't find that info, please message me.
As a general rule I DO NOT accept refunds, returns and or exchanges, including small "ready made" items we sell seasonally.

When placing a custom order through my shop I do provide measurement chats that you can take to any local alterations shop or seamstress that can take them for your professionally. I make all of my costumes off the measurements you provide.
If a situation does ever come up that we agree to take back a garment to repair or remake (must be agreed upon with me the owner first!) The garment has to be returned in 7 days from the time of delivery confirmed, with all original tags still attached & garment is not worn. There are always circumstances on a refund or exchange so just cooperate and communicate with me and I will be completely fair with you!
Getting your self measured is VERY important! You need to go to a tailor you trust! I suggest going to a tailor of the same sex as some of the full body measurements can be a little uncomfortable for either party.

SHIPPING
Ready Made Items:
My shipping turn around time is generally 1 - 3 days or sooner if we can accommodate.
Items purchased on Friday typically ship Monday morning unless higher grad shipping purchased (priority and expedited)Custom Made Items: VARY (please inquire).
I ship USPS priority shipping, (except international) so you should receive your item within 3 - 5 business days unless specified differently by me. In some cases we will upgrade your shipping to FedEx or UPS (at our expense) to get your items to you on time. But as a general rule we only use USPS.
AS OF 11/01/16 I AM NOT OFFERING INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAILING ANYMORE DUE TO USPS LACK OF TRACKING UPDATES.IF you have "not confirmed" your address on your account AND/OR you have not used proper mailing address grammar ie (Capital letters, periods & proper street names or proper abbreviations) & there is a delay on your shipping. SiQ Clothing (Susie Knudsen) is NOT responsible for this and will not issue a refund, exchange, return.
You will need to contact your local post office to sort out your package location. We are not USPS or any other carrier and can not do anything after it has left our hands. In the case that USPS does return an item to us (undeliverables addresses only) we will contact you to work out re-shipping or refund details, circumstances may vary.
SiQ Clothing (Susie Knudsen) is NOT for customs duties, taxes, fees or shipping delays of ANY kind.
*Insurance is NOT included on any of my orders. If you wish to have your item insured you will need to pay the extra ins. amount when paying for item, as SiQ Clothing (Susie Knudsen) will not be held responsible for any lost stolen or damaged packages once shipped.
**If you require tracking or signature confirmation you will need to notify me before your item is scheduled to ship. If there are any problems with your shipment we will do what we can to remedy the problem but we are not USPS. Thank you

You the Buyer are responsible for any Import tax or boarder taxes on items you may purchase from me as it is not included in our price. I work on a first come first serve basis for custom work. June to October are my busiest months so prices do fluctuate a bit. However my work is always guaranteed high quality.
I have been in business & been a seamstress for over 25 yrs now and take a HIGH amount of pride in my work.**NO returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted, as this is a custom build from scratch item & tailored to fit per order.

MEASUREMENT CHARTS: I provide measurement charts that show how to measure your self exactly for each costume piece. These can be emailed out to you upon request. Measurements MUST be taken with an actual measuring tape. DO NOT go by bra & pant sizes as this may cause your garment to possibly fit wrong. PLEASE DO NOT take the measurements yourself, but have someone do it for you as this could cause the costume not to fit right. You can take my charts to any local alterations shop or tailor to have these professionally done so you are ensured a good fitting costume.
CONSTRUCTION TIME: The turn around time varies on project and is produced in “business days” (Mon-Fri). If purchased all at once & if I have all the measurements needed to start the project a delivery date will be provided and/or negotiated.
